Order processing time is 5-7 business days. You will receive both an order confirmation as well as a shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, but there are limitations to the payment options for countries outside of the United States.

Can I change the delivery address after I’ve ordered?

Can I pick up my order in person?
At this time, we do not offer in person pick-up.

What if my items are received damaged?
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact supply@vsco.co.

Can I use VSCO credit to purchase items?
No, VSCO credit cannot be used towards VSCO Supply purchases.
